Can you see my 37signals ID?

No. When you sign in using your 37signals ID, you are routed to a page that is owned and hosted by 37signals. We never see your 37signals ID and we only access the information needed for the SignalKit applications to function

Can I use SignalKit without using my 37signals ID?

No. SignalKit is optimized to work seamlessly with your 37signals account. In order for the SignalKit applications to function, they must be able to access certain information from your 37signals products. In order to do this we must leverage either your 37signals ID or your API key. The access to your information is the same, but the 37signals ID provides a much nicer user experience.

Do you have a refund policy?

Every application under SignalKit comes with a 30day trial period. During the trial period, you can cancel at any time and your monthly fee will be returned. Once the trial period has expired, we do not offer a refund policy. However, you can cancel at any time and all future billing will cease.

Do you look at my 37signals data?

Absolutely not. Your privacy is our highest priority, and we are committed to earning and keeping your trust. We never look at, touch, smell, sniff, view or do anything with the information contained in your 37signals accounts. We simply make our applications function with the 37signals applications. No one from SignalKit ever looks at any of your private information.

Who owns my data?

You own your data. You are merely granting SignalKit access to certain data stored on the 37signals servers, so that our applications can function. In instances where you are creating new data on a SignalKit application, you own this data as well.

Are my payments secure? What about my data?

We take all reasonable precautions to make sure your data is safe and secure. We use recurly, a PCI-DSS level 1 compliant provider, to manage subscription payments. Our applications are hosted on Heroku, an industry leading Rails hosting provider.
